Project Summary

Type: High density mixed-use apartment, retail, and creative-tech office development.

Status: Creative tech-office conversion underway, apartment development approval underway.

Project Value: $55,000,000 estimated value upon completion.

Description: This dynamic project consists of two city blocks in downtown Phoenix immediately adjacent to Chase Field and three blocks from US Airways Arena in Phoenix's Warehouse District. The property is the largest privately owned contiguous property within the Downtown Core. The project was acquired by us in May, 2012. Plans are underway to convert three-quarters of the property into a 275-unit urban 4 and 5 story apartment community with a parking structure. The remaining quarter of the property will consist of a renovated 20,000 square foot creative tech office conversion of a 60 year old bow-truss brick warehouse.
